There is no bad food - try listening to your body... it knows what it needs... I am learning... trying to learn to do this. I don't believe in eliminating things completely, that never works for me because then it is all I want. All things in moderation works for me. The KIND bars have great natural ingredients and satisfy my chocolate cravings and are chock full of other good stuff. I used to LOVE to cook and create new things but lately have had no interest at all so this is going to have to work for me, for now! I am trying really hard to eat better. And I'm trying to convince myself to do a sugar-free diet (in other words, no added sugar, but the natural sugars in fruits and veggies would be okay). This would mean no chocolate, no brownies, no ice cream, which would be incredibly difficult for me. So I am with you on striving to make better choices.
